Our insect services include thoroughly treating the interior of the building, including the basement, as applicable. The exterior services consist of power-spraying the crawlspace and exterior of building, where applicable. Ask us about our quarterly program!

We offer an annual contract, which includes all of the services described above every three months. Problems between services? Moser guarantees the interior of the property and will take care of any issues at no additional charge to the customer.

Moser can work with you to provide nuisance bird control based on your unique situation. Moser has experience in providing bird exclusion methods such as netting areas and using repellants inside and outside of structures. We also use baiting techniques to rid nuisance birds on the exterior of structure.

Moser offers fogging services to warehouses and food processing facilities to eliminate insect infestations.  Moser offers fumigation services to control insect and rodent problems in warehouses, grain bins, trailers, railcars and tarped commodities.

Moser has years of experience implementing their integrated pest management program to inspect, identify, monitor and document issues in food processing plants. Our program includes comprehensive insect and rodent control on the interior and exterior of the facility. Additionally, we use a detailed pheromone trapping, trending and analysis program to pinpoint any infestations and further use this tactic to provide structural and sanitation correction services and provide recommendations to eliminate stored product insects.

Need an extra set of eyes? Moser also provides inspection consultations in preparation for audits (ie: LRQA, AIB, etc). Moser can help you identify sanitation and structural deficiencies within your facility and provide a corrective action plan in order to better prepare you for your audit.
